Orée was born out of the desire of its French founders Elizabeth and Laurent d’Orey – bringing the taste of their childhood boulangeries and patisseries from authentic France to the London food scene. Their product range includes freshly baked artisan morning pastries, artisan bread and fine pâtisseries, alongside a selection of savoury snacks, sandwiches, and coffees, to eat-in, takeaway or have delivered to your home.
Baking is at the heart of what Orée does best. All of Orée’s bread is kneaded and freshly baked daily. Their experienced Chefs work closely with renowned artisanal experts from Nantes, in Southwest France, using a selection of 20 specialist French flours to create a number of innovative recipes exclusive to Orée. They work daily to select the best quality ingredients to offer high quality products. They also favour local and sustainable suppliers. These ingredients are then carefully transformed into innovative and creative products.
Orée was born with the idea of blending French tradition with the modern soul of London introducing sleek designs in their stores and offering traditional as well as innovative French treats.
