The sunshine has hit St John’s Wood and the area offers many ways to spice up your Summer.
What screams ‘Summer vibes’ more than a delicious fruit smoothie from Core Collective. Our favourite right now is their Tropical Turmeric, here’s what you need to make it at home:
200-300ml coconut milk
1 scoop of protein
1 large handful frozen mango
1 teaspoon of turmeric (don’t go crazy!)
Pinch of black pepper
Little or no ice, depending on how thick you like your smoothies
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream, and Unico Gelato is the ultimate treat! From gourmet favourites including Crema Bologna and Sicilian lemon zest to classic Italian flavours such as pistachio and stracciatella. One of our favourite flavours is Cremino, a creamy hazelnut flavour infused with white chocolate gelato, pure heaven!
