To celebrate the start of Spring, The Ivy St John’s Wood have shared their ‘Passionate Spritz’ recipe for you to enjoy at home. A tasty twist on the electric-orange Aperol Spritz to be sipped on a sunny day throughout Spring and Summer!
- 50ml Aperol
- 25ml Passion Fruit Vodka
- 100ml Jeio Prosecco
- Mint sprig and orange slices to garnish
In a wine glass add the Aperol and Passion Fruit Vodka with cubed ice. Top with the Prosecco and garnish with a mint sprig and orange slices.
Et voila! The perfect Springtime cocktail – sit back, relax and enjoy!
