The story of Gail’s started in the 1990s, when Gail Mejia brought the best bakers in town together to bake for some of London’s top chefs. They bake fresh, handmade bread, pastries and cakes every day and serve carefully-sourced house blended specialty coffee. Gail’s take great pleasure in using the best local ingredients available and offer seasonally changing menus. Environmentally conscious, they try to keep surplus food to a minimum, and continuously strive to become more sustainable with the packaging they adopt. Leftover food from the bakeries is carefully set aside and donated to over 40 charities across London, Oxford and Brighton.
