Originating from the Italian food capital of Bologna, Unico Gelato is a family run business born out of 60 years experience in the gelato business. Founder Elena Manfroni has been a lover of ice cream since as long as she can remember, she watched her father sketch gelato machine designs and soon inherited his passion for gelato tradition. From classic Italian flavours like pistachio and stracciatella to gourmet favourites including Crema Bologna and Sicilian lemon zest, it’s safe to say their gelato is to die for.
